Season Ticket Holders Buggy Guidelines

Access for People with Disabilities

Only purpose built, single seated golf buggies permitted.

Two seater buggies may be rented by pre-booking via the Customer Experience team and must be driven by an official caddie.

In the interests of personal safety and course protection, people with disabilities are requested to comply with the following guidelines. It is recognised that there may be areas of the courses that the rules cannot be strictly followed however due consideration must be given at all times:

  1. Buggies must be kept at least 6 metres away from and green and not driven on tees
  2. Buggies must be kept at least 2 metres away from hazards such as all bunkers, ditches and of course the Barry Burn
  3. Please use bridges where safety rails are fitted for burn crossings at the 1st, 11th, 17th and 18th holes (Championship Course) and 3rd, 4th and 17th holes (Burnside)
  4. Avoid steep slopes and heather areas at all times
  5. Avoid non-mown rough areas at all times from April-September inclusive
  6. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure their vehicle is maintained in proper working order. Tyres must be properly inflated
  7. All CGLMC staff are authorised to advise buggy drivers on their conduct and/or buggy condition if in breach of any of the above

All players using a buggy on the links do so at their own risk.
